• Bowls are approximately 3 inches in diameter, and come in a walnut box with a bottle of anointing oil, and an oil cloth felt mat.
• Walnut box (made in USA), custom made to fit the set, with hard foam on the inside bottom of the box, which is carved to hold the set. Soft foam lines the lid and supports the plate to cushion the ceramics for travel.
• Or provide several in the sanctuary for healing and other anointing services.
• The oil is available in Frankincense, Lavender, Cedarwood, or Unscented.

I hand-throw and hand-paint each ceramic piece in my studio in rural Wisconsin.

Meaningful

This set is the Butterfly design (other designs are available in my shop).  Butterflies–called ‘flying flowers’ in Chinese–are symbols of new life. From caterpillar to cocoon and then the metamorphosis to flight, we are challenged to take risks, to have faith that there is beauty and life beyond what we can see at this moment. There is a saying ‘To be able to become a butterfly, you need to be willing to give up being a caterpillar.’
