Deluxe Organist Communion Set – Trillium

Honor your colleagues in ministry! I have made this set available so that you can share a more beautiful experience during communion than handing the organist a napkin with the bread or wafer balancing on it. Spares the awkward moment of setting the bread down on a dusty piano (I’ve heard stories from the musicians!)

Whether you have an organist, pianist, person running the sound system, or others who are busy during the serving of the congregation, now you have options of how to serve them.

I fill the set from the common table with the elements that have been consecrated. Then we deliver it to the musicians who can partake at a time convenient for them.

• The plate is about 4″ in diameter. Large enough to hold the piece of bread or wafer and the cup.
• The cup is about 1.5″ tall and 1.5″ in diameter. The pianist/organist/other folks who may need to be served separately are able to easily hold the cup and replace it.
• Comes with Walnut box (made in USA), custom made to fit the set, with hard foam on the inside bottom of the box, which is carved to hold the set. Soft foam lines the lid and supports the plate and cup to cushion the ceramics for travel.

The ceramics can be hand washed or put in the dishwasher for sanitizing.

This set is the Trillium design (other designs are available in my shop). The Trillium is a native woodland wildflower in my area, and in many parts of North America. The three prominent petals and leaves symbolize the Trinity, and in Celtic lore represent Faith, Hope, and Healing. A beautiful and living representation of God With Us! I hand-paint each chalice and paten with the designs, which vary somewhat from piece to piece.
